CR, I never disliked him; he just didn't register. Even after the gazillion previews I saw for Transformers while waiting for Trek.

I figured he was just a place holder for all the young guys to identify with who will go to see that movie and want a gorgeous girlfriend like his character somewhat mysteriously has.
