Books qualify for this forum, right? Part of the "& Media", correct?
I was hoping someone could help me identify a book that I read when I was 14. I remember next to nothing about it, but I'll throw it out there.
It was a young adult book, I want to say, that involved a boy who had a robot. I'm pretty sure the main plot of the story involved the boy moving somewhere and taking the robot with him. But he had to hide the robot because he wasn't supposed to bring him. One part that I remember well was that there was a point when the robot had to change his own battery. I remember it was a big deal because he had to do it just right, or he would lose power when he disconnected his first battery.
I know that's not a lot to go on. I think the word "robot" may have been in the title, but that could be completely wrong. I've tried to google it with the info I have and have come up with nothing.
