Pink skin

I was thinking of the novels The Good That Men Do and Kobayashi Maru as where Shran uses those terms.

However, the novel The Romulan War: Beneath the Raptor's Wing (which I haven't read yet) had this as part of it's dedication....

For Tim DeChristopher, an "auction hero" whose singular act of courage confounded the (thankfully defunct) Bush Administration's unconscionable eleventh-hour attempt to despoil vast tracts of Utah public land.
Some people took offense at what they saw as Martin needlessly bringing his personal political feelings about something completely unrelated to the story into the book.

Why does Shran always call Archer and crew pink-skins? What about the humans of African descent who obviously aren't pink? Did Shran ever meet Travis?
No but he met Sisko after falling through a space-time displacement. Fortunately for Shran, Sisko was able to send him back in time again. This was due to sisko hitting him so hard after being called 'brown skin' that it warped the space-time continuum

:guffaw:Noone crosses "The Sisko"

Im surprised they had him say this in the book in case it offended anyone.

Hahahaha. Wasn't this in the novel where even Michael A Martin's dedication page offended people? :guffaw:
I haven't read the novels.
