I don't revive any TOS villains. I show how the loss of Vulcan has created an imbalance of power and weakened the Federation in the inevitable war against the Klingons. Our nemesis clearly must be a Klingon-- but we bring back Worf's father as a "good" character somehow.

Keep in mind this is right off the top of my head .
