-In Tapestry, when Q claims he is God and that they'll spend eternity together, Picard says, "The universe is not that badly designed!"

I prefer the bit where Q tells Picard he's dead and they're going to spend eternity together.

Picard: "Then I'm in Hell!"

For some reason they cut all the best lines from this episode on the video version.

Let us not forget the immortal: "Shut up, Wesley!", or towards the end of Chain of Command Part II, as he is on the way out he turns to face Madred, and yells "THERE ARE FOUR LIGHTS!"

Thanks to Wil Wheaton for reminding me of;

Before we can run this joke even further into the ground, Groppler Zorn totally freaks out, and our heroes decide it's time to go. Groppler Zorn again threatens to take his football and go play with the Ferengi, and Picard says, "Good. I hope they find you as tasty as they did their last associates." Oh! PWNED! GodDAMN those Ferengi must be so fucking bad ass!

In "The Mind's Eye", IIRC a Klingon traitor appeals to Picard for asylum, Picard's calm answer is certainly, as soon as the Klingons have absolved him of all guilt. The traitor is led away, his fate pretty certain

Also, some of these put downs are in The Picard Song.

I love when Picard accidentally calls Barclay "Broccoli" and Reg's reaction is just completely depressed. Haha! Take that Reg's confidence!

I also like when Picard calls Worf a coward in FC.
