Right but what I mean is imagine fan-conceived AI generated porn, way beyond current deepfake technology, or maybe a more sophisticated version of this. I wonder if and how companies and actors who license their appearance and voices will be able to regulate this if they don't want their likenesses used in this way. It's going to be an interesting new world in this area....

They'll just have to copyright their Name, Image and Likeness, similar to NCAA athletes, so that they can only make money off of their likeness, and companies have to pay them to use it.

Unfortunately, it will take time for the law to catch up with the tech, which means that such AI generated porn will run around the Internet and will require some C&D issuance to curb it's spread.

That's why I am a fan of re-cutting S3 of PIC as two films. Re-cut them, put them out on a limited release basis, before plunking on Paramount+.
