Phantom Menace questions

I'm surprised it wasn't used more in Clone Wars. It appeared in a single episode.
I'm wondering which series set prior to its destruction have a reason to feature Alderaan alongside Bail Organa.
- Flashbacks in Rangers of the New Republic are out of the question now, perhaps along with the whole series.
- The Bad Batch has Bail, and the bad batch are quite keen on going where they shouldn't go, but it would be mere fan service of a location.
- Cassian Andor is part of the rebellion, but is unlikely to run into the big brass like Organa other than at base, let alone would Bail meet a spy at home. More than that, as a spy Cassian has little business going into places like Alderaan at all.
- Obi-Wan wouldn't risk going where the other twin is, yet Leia knows of him, perhaps even knows him.
- Lando is a wild card, but going anywhere near Leia would violate my big universe head canon.
- The Acolyte has freedom of location, it closer to the prequel trilogy than the High Republic books, but I do hope it spends its time on places like Valo.

As I said earlier, they should have Bail sitting in his office with the little Leia running around him, perhaps before he has some of his rebellion-connected calls and he sends her to play outside. That would bring joy to my heart, and would do something to remedy its absence.

If not in The Phantom Menace, Alderaan should have been the planet seen in the opening sequence of ROTS, not Coruscant. Have Palptaine there for some diplomatic reason, or the Confederacy learned he was no longer operating from the capitol. You could even have Tarkin leading an armada while Anakin and Obi-Wan go about their rescue mission. Would make the fact the very people in the next installment are destroying the same planet they tried to save. Poetic.

At least Tarkin's cameo at the end of the film would make more sense.

I've always been surprised we haven't seen more of Alderaan, I would have thought there would have been a lot more interest in exploring Leia's home planet. I would think with it's destruction being such a big moment in A New Hope, you'd want to give fans a chance to see what it was like before that happened.
I think I've mentioned it before, but I'm also shocked we've never really seen much of Breha onscreen, like Alderaan, I would think would be a lot more interest in seeing Leia's adopted mother. In the Disney canon she's only appeared 6 times, 1 was app with books and games based on the PT that I'd never heard of until I checked her Wookipedia article, one was Revenge of the Sith, and one is an adaptaion of her appearance in Leia, Princess of Alderaan. Legends is actually worse, with only 3, not counting ROTS.
