Paul McGann's 50th

Paul McGann's 50th birthday is coming up on Saturday, November 14th. How are we going to celebrate? Do a group watch of the movie? Make voodoo dolls of T'Bonz? Suggestions, please!

That'll give me an excuse to watch The Movie again. And maybe I'll be ready to download a new Big Finish adventure then too (just started his run with Lucie).

He was wonderful on Poirot a few years ago, too. A lot of Doctor Who alums showing up on Poirot although he and Eccleston are the only Doctors.

And don't forget, he was in Alien 3 as a murderer (good luck picking him out amongst all the other bald men wearing identical outfits) and in Disney's Three Musketeers as the effeminate older brother guy ("D'artangnaaaaaaaaan!!!!"). :)

Always been a huge fan so I'll dig out my complete DVD boxset of The Upper Hand and watch that... ;)

Wait, the version with Chris O'Donnell, back when he was young and scrumptious?

That's a milestone for sure. Enough to make one break out in a cold sweat.

I've haven't watched the TVM in ages...

Actually that's just reminded of something, he's in an ITV drama called Collision. They've begun trailing it during the breaks... but no date that I'm aware of yet.

Thought I would bump this since today is the day -- Happy Bday to the 8th Doctor, Paul McGann! My McGann plans will be to watch ALIEN 3, the TV Movie and listen to the Big Finish audio "Immortal Beloved". :D
