I had no idea he was in Alien 3. I might have to give that a watch son as the GF has it old classic VHS technology.

^ Yeah, since ALIEN 3 came out 4 years before McGann appeared as the 8th Doctor, his presence in this movie didn't register until after '96, so it was kind of cool to go back and see "the Doctor" in this movie. The role of his character, Golic, is expanded in the Special Edition, so if you can manage to see that version, all the better.
