Edit: The YouTube uploader is full of shit. These clips come directly from the widely-available composite version. I have compared a few sections and the scratches and audio bumps match exactly. All they've done is edit a few bits together (avoiding anything that is in color) and for some reason cropped it to 16x9.

I believe I read somewhere that the entire B&W 16mm print was released on VHS in Brazil.
There was a problem with the fire suppression system, for the entirety of the movie the sprinklers were on.
On the subject of "The Cage", there is an auction of the massive collection of the late Greg Jein. Among the many rarities are many photos taken from that production, including these cut scenes from the Orion slave illusion sequence:

And I don't have to tell you guys, there is nothing like a hot chick in pantaloons. She looks good in those fancy britches. 
Probably at the 1960s Desilu costume department, which no doubt had (or had access to someone else's) old Arabian Night movie outfits.
