No clue about the audio, but holy crap a sound engineer could have fun with re-engineering all the dialogue, music and sound effects if they wanted to parody it.

I grabbed several different frames of her and pushed the saturation up and every single time she goes green. That doesn't match the VHS box, tho.
Color saturation pushed to emphasize apparent makeup colors on video transfer.

You need to read the article. JC even named the character after a real African city.
Whatever the intention, the makeup went very green on the video transfer.

Reminds me of color TV in 1963 - still a few bugs. 
Yeah... I think that is the one part of the film that won't age too well. I think if they can find someone out there who has the talent to make her actually green in the film (or blue or purple) through some digital magic, they should do it before posting it. I would make her an alien. If there is some dialouge in the film that suggests she is African-American, I would simply cut it.
