P/C: our thread is eternal

 Can we call Picard fans something other than P'ers? It sounds like they have bladder control issues.

Then again, people do refer to Dr. Crusher fans as Bev-Heads, a term I am only gradually beginning to accept (with a history of finding it annoying), so... let's call them something silly too. ;)

I watched the "...things I've been meaning to tell you, in case we don't get out of this" bit on G4 tonight, even if I didn't actually watch "The High Ground." Is that a sign of being too into P/C?

Agreed! I watched it too. Thanks for the warm welcome. I'll watch out for those P/V and P/Q ers out there.Bladder control? Yah, the P'ers do need a better name.

Pish!

Actually, I agree.

The JLers?

If it wasn't an American holiday, would you have liked to have seen Picard and Crusher having Thanksgiving dinner together, instead of just breakfast?

I wonder what they'd wish for if they broke the wishbone.

^^

Oh, I'd like to see them have a proper Thanksgiving dinner with Plenty of Pumpkin Pie

Oh, who really cares if they're not American or Canadian or even celebrate holidays. If their together thats all that matters, is it not?

Spoken like a true P/Cer! :D

Oh, this thread reminds me of sth a long long time ago. ;;) When I was little, like 5 years old, TNG was airing in my country. Mom and dad used to watch it and I wanted to see it too, but I couldn't because I liked Picard so much that I couldn't actually watch the series... Everytime I saw him, I ran in the other room! :))

mon capitane I said, "If it wasn't an American holiday...." I was setting up a different situation, which works just fine for hypothetical questions. :p

Example: If they ever got married and they were on a ship bound for Risa or somewhere and the antigrav unit failed, do you think they'd go ahead and have HOT... mid-air?

See, it works, even if it can result in odd questions. ;)

---

Valeris OT, but I like your new av. Marg Helgenberger is definitely a change of pace for you. I'm not complaining, though. I love CSI. In fact, I'm watching it right now (taped reruns).

Of course they would! To paraphrase (naughtily) mc's sig: "Oh Jean-Luc. It's there! It's there! It's there! It's THERE!!" :D :o

Odd questions are a way of life in the P/C threads.

Thanks!

I love CSI, and Marg Helgenberger plays my favorite character, Catherine Willows.

I'm busy writing my Birthday/Christmas wish list. Yes, my first birthday on TrekBBS is coming up.

Valeris I don't have a gift for you, but will you accept this? It's a page I threw together really quickly of some of the Cath Willows "fan art" I did while I was posting on CSI Files, before I came over to the TrekBBS. (I put "fan art" in quotation marks because in most cases I wasn't trying to do anything particularly artistic.)

Now...I should say something P/C since I'm in the thread.

I think the end of the P/C threads is as likely as them finally getting together. Agree or disagree.
