Other than Quarks, What is Your Favorite Promenade Location

I’m now in season 4 of my rewatch and they really don’t show any new promenade locations anymore. I guess it became less important because the series was shifting focus to the war and external issues, but I did like seeing more of the promenade in season 2.
I was thinking about where I would want to hang out on the Promenade. I like the second floor panoramic windows, but thought they might get boring after a while. I felt the same about Jake and Nog's perch.
I chose the Replimat because that's where I would probably take most of my meals if I wasn't in my quarters.

^ There might be a Romulan delicatessens by then, given the wartime alliance and improved relations--or maybe that's what happened to T'Rul, after getting to DS9 she quit the military and opened up her own bakery and sandwich shop

But if I absolutely had to ... let's see. To me, the school, the tailor shop and the shrine don't really seem locations to 'hang out' but locations you'd only go to if you had that specific goal in mind - even though I'd very much like a chat with Garak. The replimat really hasn't that much atmosphere, the Jumja Stick Stand would be nice for a few minutes but not to spend longer amounts of time, and the Jake/Nog Hangout seems just that, one of those spots where teens gather who don't have anything better to do with their time. I don't like casinos so that leaves the Klingon restaurant. Even though I don't think I'd like to try gagh there probably should be a few palatable dishes and it would be nice to see a 'civilian' Klingon singing torch songs to entertain his guests.

The Klingon restaurant had me cracking up, as did the Klingon chef when Bashir is trying to enjoy a quiet meal with Melora in said episode 
I think it was near by to the security office, so yes.
Yes, and when Leeta "coughed" in order to get to know Bashir better, it was a convenient way to get him to take her to his infirmary for examination.
I loved all of the scenes with Jake and Nog dangling their legs. It's something I definitely would have done when I was younger as I have fond memories of sitting in random stupid places with friends.

Does anyone know if any scenes were ever filmed on the third level of Quark's bar?

I can't but think about how much better the Promenade looks then some of the other two level sets attempted on the newer series.
I thought where Jake and Nog hung out was always so peaceful and seemed great for people watching! It looked like such a nice place to appreciate the hustle and bustle of the station and see everyone moving about their business. Also, a great place to see new arrivals if you're expecting a friend. Plus dangling your feet off the edge is fun, even if Odo scolds you for it. I would've also chosen the large windows that overlook the wormhole. My favorite place on the TNG Enterprise is10-Forward because of those big, gorgeous windows, so it's kinda the same effect!
