My idea for this months contest is that in 1987 the Captain Proton serial was rebooted as a gritty cop movie which was nearly identical to the movie Cobra which came out in 1986.

Meanwhile in a parallel universe where all movie posters are done with comic sans..

My eyes... they be hurtin'. I honestly believe this is how they make holomovie posters in the Mirror Universe. Because no sane man could look upon that wicked font and not succumb to madness...

I decided for this months contest I would try to recreate the solar system map from Spock's Brain using vector graphics, here's where I'm at so far:

I know it's not terribly accurate but it's a work in progress.

This is a really nice recreation, and I do like this simple-looking (even though it probably isn't) style.
