Options of watching Voyager?

Netflix has all of the trek series. That's where I watched all of DS9 and now I'm going through TNG on there. I've seen TNG on scifi semi recently.
Please don't assume everyone gets what's on American Netflix.

Canadian Netflix offers some of the movies, but NONE of the series. Canadians cannot access Hulu or cbs.com. YT is hit & miss, and one never knows when a kind uploader's account will be zapped.

That sucks. :(

No!

Don't you show her any pity.

America kindly invaded in 1812, so that Canadian in generations to come could enjoy such things as the Vietnam draft, or Netflix, but not only did they repel those yankee doodle aggressors, but then Canadian insurgents sacked and torched the White House in DC.

:)

March around in the cold out side as many supermarkets as you need to for a year, until you have 50 thousand signatures demanding that your local TV station plays Voyager 5 nights a week at 5 pm.
We don't have a local TV station anymore! :scream: :wah: :sigh:

They seem to have rebuilt it...

Jim Madison and his wife were so freaked out after that, that they wouldn't live in the White House again for his remaining term as president, because they were scared that the bogey men Canadians were going to come back.

Pyschological terrorism.

You go girrrrl!

...heard the sight, sound and smell of the Canadian Mauraders riding the WildeMoose along the Potomic was a thing to behold...

Only TNG and TOS where I live.

I Wish they had DS9 since I only own a couple of seasons on DVD.

See if this works for you:

http://www.primewire.ag/watch-5214-Star-Trek-Voyager

It doesn't have any viruses or anything, I use it to watch a ton of stuff.

This site does not personally host media.

It stores links to other sites that hosts media.

Primewire is telling me to download the codec as well.

I'm calling bullshit.

It's just an advertisement.

But the site itself is safe, even-though on sites like this they do link to pay sites where you need a credit card to continue which is usually the top link, and definitely the "sponsored" link, and sometimes when they are telling you to install things, it's actually advertising which has very little if not nothing to do with viewing the media you're after... Oh, and looking through the links for Caretaker, most of them are expired, which counts towards unreliability.

It can take some trial and error until you find links that are compatible with your pc, but once you find your perfect storm, ride it.

(Also this is illegal, and trekbbs' position is to frown upon illegal activity, not that I care.)

I use a freeware called jdownloader to modify streamed media into downloaded media.

It's a brand new day.

Apparently I need to install the "DivX Plus Web Player"... is it safe?

Noooooooooooo you don't need to. In fact, I recommend you don't.

Only click on the GorillaVid ones.

Also if you have AdBlock it's literally like just watching TV as long as you choose GorillaVid (it wont make you download anything).

Why would anyone on Earth want to watch anything on TV/Computer/Netflix/Hulu/st.com if you have the DVD's?

DVD's = no commercials.

Everything else = commercials

Not sure what you're doing Yanks but I have no commercials when watching dvd-free tv.

I remember when the ENT vids came out here, they were over 100 dollars a season. For YEARS. And that's when every other tv show was around 40 a season (it was a dark time). I didn't buy them for years until they had released them in crappier cases and they had trickled on down to ebay.

There's a %30 likelihood that any Ebay DVD has at least once been used as a coaster.

I remember the TOS dvds in the boxes that looked like tricorders where between 2 and 3 hundred each here when they came out 10 years ago.

Netflix has no commercials.

Personally I sometimes watch on my computer with commercials just because I want to have the screen side to side with my web browser.

Speaking as someone who has laid on the couch for 20 hours without blinking or napping, undertaking a couple seasons of something till the universe ran out of stock, more than once... Changing the disk every 4 episodes is for the fricking birds.

Do they have disk trays for dvd players like they do for cds on stereos?

If they don't, they should, and if they do, it probably costs too much.

I've been on a 'Boston Legal' binge myself recently.

Just finished season two. The one with Jeri Ryan being molested by Bill Shatner and Robert Foxworth.

I forgot how this was relevant...

Uh yeah, I remember now: the DVDs.

Marathon sessions.

I was changing those discs every few hours. Thought my player was gonna have to burn a hole right through those suckers before I'd stop.

But that is when you pee.

Oh wait, I suppose you just have a handy bottle.
