I'm avoiding this forum in case some git posts spoilers but I just want to say I was watching a ST:XI fanvid today and I started getting teary eyed thinking that in 8 days I will be seeing Star Trek Into Darkness. I am just so happy about it.

I feel like my dearly loved ones, Pine's Kirk and Quinto's Spock are at long last going to be with me again.

Now like 2.5 days for me. Just watched the trailer again.

Plus on the weekend, I'm gonna be part of the local branch of Starfleet at a cinema in Sydney. Getting very excited. Soon, I'll try and get some sleep.

Actually you could have said it's 10 1/2 days because the US is having Thursday evening preview shows starting around 7:30 p.m. My friend Michelle and I are in fact seeing a 7:30 3D showing (not IMAX, but on a large format screen - Cinemark's "XD") on the 16th. Which means 10 days from this very moment, we'll be watching it.
