Watched it last night for the first time in well over a year. Maybe I'm getting soft in my old age, but it didn't suck as badly as I remember. TNG is still my favorite cast and it was good to see them together again. It still has its problems but there are some excellent scenes such as the toast to Will and Deanna, Picard ramming the E-E into the Reman ship, the look that Data and Geordi share just before Data jumps to the Scimitar, the crew's reactions to Data's sacrificial death, and Picard and Riker's goodbye to name a few. I still don't know why is Worf even there; they just made him a buffoon. And I guess you can change the laws of physics (separating the two ships by having one just back up!). The writing and directing were not top shelf, but the acting and SPFX were. I still want a TV miniseries that covers the 24th century as a whole (TNG, DS9, and VOY).
