Well we now know that Rwegina knows a whole lot more about Fairytaleland than we thought.
And I hope there is a way to bring the gentleman back...great eye candy.

In the credits they say that she knows everything.
Nothing clever.

I think they've been a little dodgy with her making it clear to the audience that she is knowing and not knowing, that only some of the writers thought they were not allowed to make the grand reveal, or they were under a misassumption because they didn't know it would be plastered front and center in a voice over during the opening credits, that early in the production.
The great unwashed had similar issues with Dexter this season about what the producers thought we were or were not smart enough to figure out on our own.

So, I'm guessing the fragments in the mine might actually be from the Queen's castle now rather than Snow White's coffin. It had a very similar design to the coffin and makes much more sense for being there since it was likely at the eye of the storm of the curse. It also makes more sense since there was little reason to believe that the Queen ever even saw her coffin let alone would want to cover it up.
Also, nailed it right from the start of the series about who the sheriff was, though I was apparently wrong about who the wolf was (I had assumed it was the Big Bad Wolf that caused Emma to crash). I wonder who Wolfy is now. Dr. Whale doesn't make any sense, especially since his name hints more at being associated with Gepetto's story more than anything else, nevermind that he had nothing to do with Snow White's story. Considering how much of a major villain the Big Bad Wolf is, though, you'd think he'd be playing a more central part to the story, or at least have a strong presence somewhere. Especially since Red (who needs to quit being so damn hot) is constantly showing up in the background.

They killed off a major character, or is he going into a coma like Charming? To me it looked like a massive heart attack. I suppose Graham is toast.

I would have thought that if only one of them knows then it'd have to be Rumpelstiltskin. The Queen/Mayor's behaviour has been decidedly ambiguous. I mean given what we know of the various back stories, she's not the main villian of the piece. Rumpelstiltskin appears to be the one manipulating everything and everyone.
I could be wrong of course, but I'd say at most she has a kind of vague, unconscious feeling of who and what she really is.

Great episode, even if I disapprove of them killing off the hottest guy on the show.

I'd say the final scene of her with the heart completely breaks that notion. She knows exactly who she is and has all along.

The interviewer also ferrets out the character he was "supposed" to play but there was some issue with rights (?) - Robin Hood - isn't he in the public domain by now? Or maybe Disney just wants to stick to characters that have more PR value for them.
The actor is gone for good, but I've heard that song & dance before. Easy enough to bring him back in the fairy tale realm, having the wolf turn out to be a shapeshifter that takes his form, etc.

Yea, in the Voice Over where it says "one of them knows everything", I think that's referring to Henry, and that Mr. Gold and Regina don't count for that, because they obviously know everything, since they're behind it (He supplied the Curse, she used it)

The best episode since the pilot. There's nothing that adds satisfaction to a story like a resolution. The sense of closure gives it a completeness, the final artistic touch.

She may have decided that if she couldn't have the Hunksman, nobody could, which is a really unlovely dog in the manger attitude, but it has its twisted roots in feeling something for someone else, no matter what she tells herself. Rumpelstiltskin on the other seems to just want more. However he arranged it, Gold knows, even though he lost his memory I"m sure. My guess is that he arranged for Henry's book and that he had it or a copy at one point.
