Yeah, there were a few reasons why playing Quinn was a good move. First of all, with Denver's weak secondary, just about every QB playing against the Broncos has racked up big fantasy points. Secondly, a new QB often gives the opposing defense trouble: They can try to anticipate how the game's going to be played and what the new QB is going to do, but without any past experience to go by, the defense is at a disadvantage.

What is this? I finally have a phenominal weekend, and I don't even get it on a week where my opponent is scoring 120-130+. There are so many weeks where this performance would have come in handy.
It sucks having Jake Delhomme as my QB in two leagues. Each week he's either average or dreadful. In the ESPN league I got negative points (-2) from him. I should still win, but now I may need some points out of Frank Gore to stay ahead.
If you're in the NFC league, I'm offering Peyton Manning for a good Wide Out.
Not only that, but you knocked off the #1 team! Way to go! Depending on how the Cookstown/Dirtbag game goes (with only .03 points separating them, the final's in doubt until the final adjustments are made), we could end up with a four-way tie for 1st in the W-L standings.
Thanks guys! I'm finding that being too reliant on one team can definately make things a lot harder. With my Cutler/ Marshall/ Royal combo, if Denver does decent, then I can probably rock any team... unfortunately, if Denver has a bad week (like they've been having for the previous 5 weeks

Wow, I am shocked to have beaten Cookstown! Cutler/ Marshall/ Royal had a relatively quiet day, which never means good things for my team, but Cookstown also managed to score way below his projected total. Sometimes it pays to be lucky...
Unless my DB manages to score more points than The Habs Fan's WR, my stint atop the standings will be a short one. Kind of odd that we're tied 111.98 to 111.98 right now.
