    I voted 'Dead Stop' - for many of the reasons others have already mentioned but to summarise, genuinely creepy and very Star Trek - but only because I didn't want to vote 'Other'.

    My two 'Other' picks would have been Unexpected because it was quirky and an original (to Trek) story idea handled well, and Carbon Creek because I just love vulcans and humour, throw in a 50s setting and its gonna work every time for me. Well written too though. BB and Fallen Hero are also up there for good story telling in a specifically ENT context. Silent Enemy cos it too was creepy and a different angle on alien contact.

    Can't include Catwalk in the analysis as haven't seen it yet. And although SP1 had a lot of good stuff in it, and as MR says, great acting despite some of the script limitations, it's portrayal of 'englishness' in Reed was a tad one dimensional and stereotyped for my liking, hence I can't put it right up there (still a damn fine ep though).

    Hey? This must be an old poll as stated above, it includes none of the newer, and some of my favourite eps!

    Mine would be 'Twilight'. Sure it was a reset button one, but I liked seeing how things would be, and the Ceti Alpha 5 colony was a great touch. Of course, this season has been full of good episodes....but this so far is my fav., like 'The inner light' was one of my fav's on TNG.

    So far it's still "Broken Bow," but eps like "Shuttlepod One","Future Tense","Twilight" and "Azati Prime" come REAL close.

    I had to go with "other" because there are so many that are better than the ones listed.

    I Liked A Night in Sickbay, BTW!!!!
    Good camp episode mixed with a diplomatic dilemma, and a doggie doctor drama.
