I asked for help finding a game...and it seems like it was indeed either Odin Sphere or Muramasa: The Demon Blade...both games look sweet.
I am wondering are there more games out there like them? I read Vanillaware the maker of both games was working on something new, http://www.destructoid.com/grand-knights-history-from-vanillaware-announced-197607.phtml but it isn't like either game...Grand Knights History is a traditional, turn-based RPG. I just wonder if anyone has followed in Vanillaware's footsteps and created games similar to Odin Sphere or Muramasa. Thanks!
