Yeah, that drives me nuts, especially when they're clearly fake, and actually say "official trailer". I don't have a problem with fan trailers, but don't lie and try to make people think it's the real one. As for the real one, I'm hoping for a teaser or something as the post credits scene for Book of Boba Fett.
The best ways to tell if a trailer is real is if it's either on the legitimate, or at least semi-legit, entertainment news and sci-fi/fantasy sites like Entertainment Weekly, IGN, Io9, or Tor.com, or if it's on the production company or franchise's Youtube page.

Same here. A trailer right now would take away from the current product being promoted.
