NX Bridge Module Details

ENT ran four seasons, and in all that time, I never really wondered about the windows lining the bridge module. So it was rather cool to read the latest entry at Doug Drexler's blog spotlighting the NX bridge dome.

Head on over there and take a look at the photo display..

I never thought about it, but I wish we'd got to see the rooms for those forward positioned windows ringing the module. Ironically, as I was reading the page, Shadows of P' Jem-today's episode on Sci Fi, featured a nice zoom in from space to Archer staring out the porthole in his ready room. It's odd that there's no way to access those rooms from his ready room...there is a secondary door in there, but that seems to lead towards the rear of the module. And I'm noticing a little used second entrance on the bridge. I'm at a loss to recall an episode where that was shown onscreen...:wtf:
So if he needed to go to one of those forward rooms, that means he'd have to exit his ready room, cross the bridge section behind Malcolm's station, and go thru that door? A bit clunky it would seem to me. :) That's not a complaint, or nitpick, just a little curiousity over how things were laid out...
