NX-01 Reference i nTrek 11

Star Trek: Enterprise isn't canon anyway (TATV proved that beyond any doubt), so I don't see it showing up on screen.

I want an NX reference to explain why it's there. Enterprise, a series I actually liked (hold the tomatoes and leeks please) didn't do a great job of explaining the connection between NX to NCC. Maybe Abrams can take a shot at it?

And no, it doesn't mean Carrier Vehicle, Nuclear.....
