Nutrition food after workout..Help

Hi to all. I want to know the best nutrition food which i should eat after my workout. I do exercise daily but when i do i feel weakness so kindly suggest me some healthy nutrition food which i should eat. Reply soon.

Hey! Weakness? You should feel pretty good after exercise, possibly you didn't eat enough carbs before your workout, say 2-3 hrs before? Also you need to take in a decent amount of water for your workout, maybe a half gallon to a gallon depending on how long or intense it is.

Post workout, its essential to have protein(and amino acids) within 45 min and also some complex carbs at the same time to replace glycogen stores. Meat(lean preferably), chicken, eggs, fish or whey protein powder are good for protein, and oatmeal, brown rice, grains like quinoa or amaranth, and all vegetables and fruits for the carbs.
