Nox vs Ori

It was obvious that the Nox were, technologically at least, way ahead of the Goa'uld, and at least on par with the Asgard and Tollan. But we rarely heard from or saw them beyond their associations with the Tollan. Considering the fact that, in many ways, the Ori were either on par with or maybe even more advanced than the Ancients, one wonders if they would've tried to spread origin to the Nox or simply wipe them out.

Obviously the Nox, who in my mind are as intractable in their ideology as the Ancients, wouldn't have fought them outright. But considering the Ori weren't able to detect a cloaked Odyssey, it seems they would have had much more difficulty tracking down the Nox.

But, naturally, the Ori would most certainly be aware of them. No way they'd let probably the most advanced race remaining in the Milky Way just skirt by.

So I guess the question isn't whether they'd have beat them, per say, but rather whether the Ori would have found them.

Any "battle" between the Nox and the Ori would be beyond our scope of understanding.

The Ori really have no reason to go after the Nox. The Nox are passive, they won't go on the offensive, even if the Ori take over the entire galaxy. The Nox will just hide away.

The Ori would easily destroy the Nox.

The Followers of the Ori on the other hand might have a lot more trouble. If they found out which planet the Nox were on they could just bombard it from space if they couldn't see the Nox. The Ancients managed to hide a planet/star system that the Ori couldn't to get from space and given the Nox prefer to hid you would expect that they would try something along those lines. Given how advanced they are they could probably remove their gate from the network or simply bury it.

The only way they could survive against the Ori themselves is if they did what Merlin did when he created his weapon and moved their planet out of phase/dimension to where the Ori could not reach them. As others have said it would be hard to see taht the Nox would fight back given their beliefs.

The Ori only knew about humans in the milky way because of Daniel and Vala so I wouldn't expect the Ori to know of the Nox.

The followers of the Ori, although advanced, wouldn't stand a chance of finding the Nox not to mention defeating them.
