Are "gifted" people older than 30 allowed to join your institution? How does one register?

My abilities are varied:

Clairvoyance - I can predict with incredible accuracy which Tv commercials and radio songs are about to be played next.
Vocal Persuasion - Not sure if this is part hypnosis, but some people tend to listen and follow what I say, though that doesn't seem to work on the BBS.
Animal Magnetism - What does everyone want with me even if I want to be left alone?
Pheromone Control - :borg:
Recurrent Surreal Dreaming - I believe my subconscious is telling me something.

Eden is the girl on season one of Heroes who had the ability of vocal persuasion.

I have an uncanny ability to fill the passenger side floorboard of my car with empty bags & cups.

No one can match my skill at creating piles of paper, with both important and worthless items completely randomized. These piles are perfectly balanced, yet crafted to appear as though they will topple at the slightest breath of wind.

And then there's my talent for finishing other people's sentences in ways they completely did NOT intend the statement to go. That one's a good party trick. ;)

I have the power to ruin movies for my fellow movie goers by knowing what will happen next and letting them know too. Without having seen the movie before.

I also have Murphy of "Murphy's Law" as a constant companion.

I have the amazing people to totally confuse and bewilder people with trivia and tangental conversational points. They stand there unable to move as I speak to them, lost in the web of trivia I spin.

I can destroy perfectly working computers simply by entering a room.

On a more constructive note, I think I'm pretty good at getting people to open up to me. Does that help with my application?

I am a god-like being. I can pretty much do anything I want and I have no need for any schooling. :devil:

I would have to say that my power is to organize people toward a common goal and making individuals see their best paths forward while my personal surroundings remain fairly chaotic. (My LJ's subtitle is "Where Dustbunnies Go To Die", while I have about six "fairy godsons" who come to me for advice about their own lives... most of which seems to work out.)
