Wouldn't they most likely just drop the Therin's? For example I can't remember ever hearing anyone calling the Ground Zero in New York the World Trade Center Ground Zero or Twin Towers Ground Zero, it's just called Ground Zero.

I haven't read the story though, so maybe there are several "Ground Zero's" and Therin's Park was just an insignificant target which needs the extra explanation and there's another site which is "The" Ground Zero of Andor.
