JJ Abrams was on Adam Carolla this morning, promoting Cloverfield, but he did a bit of talking about the upcoming Star Trek film, and about the secrecy of his films.. they talked a bit about Shatner not being in it, and Abrams stated it's going to be aimed at non-fans, more of a stand-alone. Adam bashed Shatner a bit, and Abrams handled it very diplomatically, stating Kirk died, so he was unable to have him in the film. Then Adam went off on a little tangent, and Abram's agent popped on the line and said he had to go.. lol anybody hear it?
