Had a thought when I was answering a Trek design thread.. where are the women concept artists? I know there out there ( Went to school with quite a few women in my art school.. soo)
FIRST! This is generality's and not intended to put in a box any type of person... so..
I remember in my first job, I was designing websites, but me being me (and a guy) my concepts were linear and blocky, not very flowing. and my boss asked for more flowing design, actually temp hired a couple of women for that purpose, and I got better at curves and flow..
For Trek designs, you have Eaves and other artists blocky designs, you do have Probert who does good curves, then you have the ST Beyond designers and all there Fins and hard lines..
So, asking.. do ya'll know of any good Women designers? doesn't have to be Trek, but maybe a sci fi bent
Names and links to works would be great!
