We're in the final stretch now, and it's been a brutal season for Star Trek: Picard characters.
We have already seen multiple deaths, but we definitely haven't see the last. So here is the obvious poll of who you think will (but not necessarily want to) die. Some choices will be obvious, some will be heart breaking, but one thing for sure, nobody gets out alive, it's just a question of when...
Going off mostly IMDb listing and order here, do let me know if you want to add someone else in here.

My take is that everyone involved with Zhat Vash is a goner, so that's Oh/Narek//Rizzo
The Borg cube is going to get destroyed so it will take Rambda with it. Of the main crew, I think Raffi is safe since she has a whole arc with her son that probably won't be resolved this season. Rios is probably safe too (ship needs a captain) as is obviously Picard (at-least this season). Elnor is too innocent to die, which leaves our poor doc Jurati as the obvious choice. Once she inevitably saves Soji and other(?) androids, her arc would be complete. Bye Doc, nice knowing you..

Clancy.....

... will be brutally ambushed and killed .... by the Tal Shiar...

Rizzo, on the other hand, is far too evil to die easily.

Jurati is not my favorite, but her story is not finished yet.

Rios - even if he's killed off, there are still his holograms.

Seven - even if she dies, she will go down and give her opponents a run for their money.

Narrisa/Rizzo character is too much of a mustache twirling villain to survive. I expect Seven or Elnor will avenge Hugh, maybe in the next episode. But perhaps they will surprise us and keep her around. I wouldn’t mind if that happens. Initially I was annoyed with her and wanted her gone but I am starting to like her and she is hot.

I think the "crew" (including Jurati) is pretty safe.

Rizzo is a goner.

Seven... maybe, hopefully not this season. She may die in the conventional sense or just her personality (e.g. being "re-borgified")..

The Borg cube is going to get destroyed so it will take Rambda with it.

The producers have said that the ex-Borgs are going to play a key role going forward (Borg vs. Borg civil war? Peace-loving crowd vs. the Old Guard "Resistance Is Futile" crew?).

I don't see them blowing the cube.

Seven... maybe, hopefully not this season. She may die in the conventional sense or just her personality (e.g. being "re-borgified")..

I can't see iron-willed Seven being reassimilated (she'll fight first).

Seven is probably/maybe/hopefully getting her own series. I doubt they will kill her.
The Borg cube is a goner, especially if it will activate next episode. Maybe it won't be destroyed next episode, but before season end for sure.

Rizzo certainly, Narek almost certainly not. He has something to prove in an almost Agent Ward from AoS S2 onwards way and with Rizzo dead, he might be free to do so.

Oh, I don't think so, depending on how next episode goes. She isn't really involved in things atm, more like a puppet master behind the scenes. Once her involvement becomes more direct she might be goner, but not until then for basic storywriting reasons.

If Seven dies depends on Jeri Ryan really, and what she wanted to do with the character/ how long she would be commited to play Seven again. I can easily see it going both ways, depending on contracts. If she stays on for S2, she'll live, if not, she'll die most likely.

From the La Sirena posse, Raffi has the least to lose, she lost everything already, but one could make that case for Agnes too. One of them will sacrifice herself FOR THE GREATER GOOD. Rios and Elnor feel relatively safe in comparison.

Picard of course will survive, since Sir PatStew has a three season contract and the show is named after his character. And Soji is The Child to his Mandalorian, they will carry the show forward together. Unless prophecy/fate/Zhat Vash stuff happens and she realizes she has to die. But that might not necessarily happen this season.

The Troi-Rikers FEEL safe at the moment, but again, just like Seven, if one of the actors used the opportunity for a "heroic death" part in the show to get closure, a death might be in the cards for one of them. Low probabilty, but possible nevertheless.

Brian Brophy will live forever, of course. He is eternal.

Jurati HAS to die to atone for the murder of Maddox. Whether it's by 'noble sacrifice'; or just she's murdered or ultimately takes her own life out of guilt. (That's one thing I've noticed about this current Trek run, if a supposed 'good guy' does something 'bad' - they end up dead before the story ends.

I also think Narek will survive and will get a redemption arc in season 2. Plus I think the romance with Soji is something they will want to explore more because he clearly has feelings for her and she was also falling in love with him.

No way Picard dies, considering Star Trek: PIcard has been renewed through season 3. Besides, the showrunners know the only reason anyone is tuning in is because of his presence.

That being said, I could see Narissa being put out to pasture (I predict swarmed by the XB Romulans). Soji is another possibility -- I don't think they'll continue the same story arc for S2, so gotta wrap that up. Jurati -- probably overwhelmed by guilt, and her purpose is served once the Synths are found. Seven's fate will be a mystery, but she'll end up back in S2 at some point.

Rios and Raffi will hang around, as will Elnor. I wonder if all three will end up back in Starfleet, with the action in S2 being on board a starship... OMG: I just had Buck Rogers flashbacks. IGNORE THAT!
