Wester Leather used to sell a replica version of Nine's u-boat jacket. Don't know if they still do.

The best jacket I've seen is the one by Magnoli Clothiers.
The Wested Jacket is good, but it doesn't have the gold interior lining like the screen jacket does. The Magnoli one does, though.

They have gorgeous stuff, but I'm wondering why the Victorian frock coat is listed as "Davison's 5th Doctor costume?" Someone's a bit confused there, I think.
You can order the coat in a variety of colours, they've just decided to use an image of the black one for their website.
Magnoli are very easy to work with, and will work with you to create the best product possible.
