Niners, can you help me out?

In "Take me out to the Holosuite," was it ever stated exactly how much stronger vulcans are compared to humans? It seems like I remember them saying that they were 8 times stronger and that Worf would be the only one that can hang with them. Someone pointed out to me though that Vulcans and Klingons are only 3 times stronger than humans, which actually makes more sense. Do any of you have any knowledge in this area?

I think this is all that was said about it in the episode.

Vulcans are on average three times physically stronger than Humans, and have considerably faster reflexes. This also means that Vulcan females are somewhat stronger than Human males on average. (DS9: "Take Me Out to the Holosuite")

Worf and a genetically enhanced Bashir were the only ones in the Niners that could match the Vulcnas. With Bashir I didn't think he was that strong and took it more as a reflex and speed match.

I believe it was actually stated in that episode (by Kassidy) that Vulcans are indeed about 3 times stronger than humans, on average. She mentions this after Sisko tells her of the alcohol-fueled wrestling match he had with Solok at the Academy.

Julian's probably got genetically enhanced denser bone structure and muscles, you just can't necessarily tell the difference from looking at him. And he would have learnt to keep that well-hidden.
