I suppose I'm technically a newbie, but I've been lurking here for about... oh, seven years I would say. Wow. I wonder why it took me so long to sign up? I must have some major commitment issues.
(Actually, I tried to join up shortly after I discovered this place, but for some reason, I couldn't. It may have had something to do with my computer settings (or I should say my dad's computer settings) and the set-up of the bbs at the time. Ah well, it doesn't matter -- I'm here now and ready to make up for lost time!)

In any case, you've been doing a bang-up job T'Bonz. Keep it up!

While this is only my sixth year on the board in this incarnation, I originally started posting as The Pahwraith back in 1999, so this is technically my 10th year as a TBBS member. Blimey.

I feel ya man, though I didn't realise you were The Pahwraith. My first posting as an unregistered member was towards the end of April or the start of May in 1999, and I registered properly in August 1999 (though a later server crash reset my reg date) so it's my decade of posting here too. Fuck, I've wasted a lot of time...

My posting habits have changed somewhat since then, hehe. Back then I was a hardcore Trek fan, and I only really posted in the Trek forums, Misc, and the lounges. Now it's totally different; I post mostly in SF&F, TV&M and occassionally in Misc. Not been on a Trek related section of the board in ages. I've purposely avoided the Trek XI section, because I don't really want to know anything about the film before I see it in May.

And yeah, 10 years is a loooooong time.
