This show pops up on TV now and then (it used to a lot in the last half century when TV stations used to show movies and TV shows in the afternoon, on Saturdays and Sundays, late at night-anything but infomercials)-I saw this a few times myself.
All that I'll say is that the girl is cute, and that's it.

Ya, I'm not really surprised, either. Not very good at all.
One can quibble about the definition of success and I know I'm dating myself here, but having avidly watched Speed Racer as a kid, I would have to disagree.
Speed Racer. Sure it was a cartoon, but it counts. I watched it regularly as a kid, although I don't think I've seen it since the 70's.
