NHL Season - 2017-2018

I think I've tried to start threads like this in the past and the interest as been pretty low, but I wonder how many of you all watch Hockey? Considering it's my favorite sport, I'm excited for the season to be back, but the Sharks look average at best. Still, I hope this is a great season. I remember years ago there was quite the hockey following here. I think unfortunately it's petered out over the last few years but I'm still here and I'm still watching the NHL.

Holy crap tomalak, congrats on your Sharks getting Karlsson. I think this seriously changes the NHL landscape, at least in the West. San Jose can now legitimately be called Cup contenders.

I couldn't believe it happened. I was bummed that I bought into the nonsense surrounding Tavares that I didn't want to believe any rumors about Karlsson until it actually came through. Then things started picking up yesterday and they got it done before training camp. I'm honestly really impressed with what our GM did in this entire thing. That's kinda badass.
