Stupid Cowboys. At least now I can feel good about despising them instead of feeling like I'm kicking a small baby.

Congrats to the Broncos; I think Kyle Orton single-handedly won my fantasy game. Pity the Brownies, but also applaud them for this stretch of three.

Now let's watch the Steelers come back against the Patriots - the enemy of the enemy and all that.

That was pathetic. Hell, not pathetic it was just bullshit. What the fuck Haley? What the fuck Cassel? What the fuck Chiefs?

That was just a disaster of shit you had there. Denver made you their bitches and they had fun with you every way they could. There was no excuse to lose to a team that was 2n6 when you're 5n3, leading the division and the favorite of the away game. Was it altitude sickness? Did Haley just go in there all confident and didn't practice hard all week because it was Denver much like he did a few weeks ago when you barely won a game you should've walked away from handedly? Or was it just pure, raw, incompetence? Is there a reason, Haley, why when your QB is limping around on his strong leg after being grounded several times that you kept him in there? I mean, we're going to need Cassel around next week to fuck up again.

The fuck, Chiefs? You started this season of strong and awesome, showing potential and that you were coming together. Now? Well, you're the Chiefs again. I'll say that.

^I don't think you're giving enough credit to Denver. They may have just been 2-6, but they've been in every single game but the Raiders one, and they've played some tough teams. Now, am I saying that Denver is a great team that just had bad breaks? No, but you have to look beyond just the record before making a, "We're X-Y and they're A-B! We should have stomped them!!!"

I was pleased to see that the running game finally got going. Moreno looked good and he made lots of good efforts beyond the initial contact, which has always beena complaint of mine about him. I was also excited to see Tebow finally throw a pass. The Tebow packages really are a waste of time if all he does is runs. Really, my only complaint on the day was the defense.... after getting up big, the defense was started playing very soft prevent D. I wanted to see them play tough the entire game, not just the first quarter and a half. Overall though, a good game that makes me happy. I refuse to trust them yet, but I wouldn't complain if they started making a run from this.

Well, as reminiscent of the San Diego game of this year (which we won), and the fucking colts game of last year (which we lost), the 4th quarter bend but don't break defense more often that not breaks for the Patriots.

Outside of that, pretty good performance from both the defense and the offense though this team is clearly missing a capable deep threat with the absence of Moss. And Brandon Tate is not that threat...

Oh well, we can use one of our numerous early round draft picks on a capable receiver....

For the love of God, Brady, would you cut your hair for crying out loud? I love the Marlo Thomas flip with the beard, but my boyfriend thinks he looks like a fresh fruit salad with that wonderfully masculine hairdo. Only he wasn't politically correct enough to use "fresh fruit salad."

Personally I don't think any self respecting gay man would be caught dead with the "That Girl" look, but maybe I'm wrong.

Ah, it's always satisfying to see the Patriots go into Heinz Field and beat the Steelers on their own turf. :D

Bah. They're a waste of time, period. Denver's got a really good quarterback in Kyle Orton - why are they wasting their time with Tebow?

Oh, I agree completely. If we were to see nothing but Orton, I would not complain at all. But, if McD really wants to get some work in for Tebow, he needs to throw it more often. Admittedly, I've never played football, but in my mind I have a hard time seeing how much experience Tebow can get when all he does is run to the right. If he's going to come in and play QB, then he needs to come in and actually play QB. But like I said, I love Orton and I have no complaints if they let him run the offense the entire time. He's certainly earned it.

Always know you've lost a good sports argument when you start commenting on players' HAIR instead of plays, formations, stats, etc.

Seriously, who cares? Every other player photo shows a bad mohawk, dreds, or whatever Polamalu has going on, so what's the big deal over Brady's hairdo? Last I checked, it was under his helmet anyway, so...?

Guess if you can't say anything bad about his playing, and he doesn't have any off the field trouble, his hair being "too pretty" is all that's left?

Insult the guy all you want, but at the end of the day, he's gonna go home and bang his supermodel wife on a pile of money. And it's mostly HER money, with his new 18 million dollar a year contract, he's still not worth half of what she is. But his hair looks silly! Poor guy! :guffaw:

I am... and Vick has everything clicking. This Eagles offense is so dangerous in the passing game, but I have no idea how well they're dong in the running game.

This Monday Night game is... wow...

Gratifying and terrifying to see what these Iggles are capable of.

T Shirt sales.

Do they come blessed by Saint Timmy himself?

Hopefully when McD gets fired and they bring in somebody new, he'll have the good sense to keep Orton around.

Eagles are getting complacent. Surprisingly can still go either way if the Eagles don't get their act together.
