Well, the Raiders looked pretty good beating the Chargers, who look like utter crap so far this season.
In particular, Kurt Cousins, the O-line's pass blocking, the receivers, the defense, especially the DB's, shined.
On the downside, the run game looked anemic. The o-line failed to open holes. Our interior was blown up more than once, including star center, Linderbalm. It seemed like Ashton Jenty went down every time on first contact. He never appeared to be intent on finding a hole, making something out of nothing.
But still, 2-0 (on the road), is a very encouraging sign.

Every season, everyone proclaims Charger greatness before the season begins.... and then the season begins.
Also, the Chargers moving to L.A. is just bleh. Yes, the owners get to make more money, but there's no one there that cares about the team. There's no Charger culture (like there was in San Diego). Same for the Raiders in Las Vegas. Just soulless blandness. It's like modern architecture.

I don't know that much about how the Raiders are actually doing in Vegas in terms of fan support, but from what I see online, they have done pretty well at least at the start of season, which is all you can ask for if the team goes into the toilet every season. One thing for sure that separates the Raiders from the Chargers is that at least the Raiders aren't universally disliked, like the Chargers are in LA.
Yeah, no one in LA wanted the Chargers. Everyone wanted the Raiders back, but then Jerry Jones happened. I really believe the Raiders would outdraw the Rams at Sofi if they could start winning even halfway consistently.
It was Stan Kroenke who didn't want the Raiders back in LA, because he knew his Rams would play second fiddle to them. And unlike his father, Mark Davis doesn't have much clout amongst ownership, so he had little say in the matter. Nobody outside of San Diego cares about the Chargers, which made them a safer co-tenant.
Or simply not try to diagnose something that will definitely need an MRI.
I like people who are self-aware enough to know when they make a mistake and don't hide from it.
It was kinda the opposite with Caleb Williams. At first it looked like a lost season (actually looked like an ACL or something knee related), but now they're "not ruling him out" of MNF.
