Sources say Lamar Jackson turned down a five-year, $250 million extension with $133 million guaranteed, and that he wants a 100% guaranteed contract because of what the Browns gave Watson.

Just saw some clips of what is happening in Chicago. It's a lake at Soldier Field and they have flash flood warnings in effect. I'm bummed this game won't feel like a real football game and it will feel more like the Washington slopfest that the 49ers were in a few years ago. Kittle is also listed as Out, which considering the Rain I'm probably happy about. I just hope no one else gets injured.

Le'Veon Bell TKOed Adrian Peterson in the fifth round Saturday night. Bell says he's pursing a boxing career and has put football behind him. Peterson still hasn't officially retired from the NFL and was using boxing as a way to keep in shape for a potential return to football.

Defending AFC Champs looking rough so far. Burrow has three turnovers and been sacked twice.

Bears kick holder got called for wiping the field down, 15 yard penalty. So the field goal attempt that likely would've been missed anyway with how poor the field is becomes a punt instead.

Steelers have to keep up the pressure on Burrow and not let him get in a rhythm, because Trubisky won’t be able to keep up if the Bengals offense gets on a roll.

Steelers have so much receiving talent and Trubisky struggles to get them the ball.

For Pittsburgh's field goal attempt just now, CBS had an overhead shot of the kicker running to the ball, then they showed the sideline, then they showed the aftermath of the field goal being good. Never once showed the ball in the air or going through the uprights.

Bengals score tying TD in the last seconds of the game, but Steelers block the extra point so the game's going into overtime. Backup long snapper may have accounted for the play just taking a couple moments too long to get off.

Seems like SF lost more then the Bears won, but a better 2nd half makes us 1-0.

The Failcons did what they do best, blow a lead. But a stupid NO foul may give them one more shot at a 63 yard FG.... blocked

Steelers-Bengals has been one of the more entertaining games that I’ve seen in a long time. Somehow going to OT, even though the Steelers are +5 on turnovers and have six sacks of Joe Burrow.

Just finished the Browns/Panthers game. Rookie kicker in his first game hits a 58 yarder to win it for Cleveland.

What the hell happened to San Francisco?

The Jets…those poor bastards.
