NFL 2021 season - Belichick Strikes Back

Rumor going around is that Dallas will ditch Mike McCarthy and promote Dan Quinn to head coach.

Over Kellen Moore? If Quinn gets promoted over him, Moore is gone.

Quinn does have a Super Bowl appearance on his resume as a head coach, Moore likely has questions after his offense only put up ten points today.

Well Dallas penalized themselves right out of the playoffs.

Niners look good.
That was a clunky-ass ending to the game. I kind of wished they had that final play, just to see what they could have done, but apparently the only zebra that was allowed to place the ball before the snap was all the way on the other side of the field and had to sprint to the LOS. It was really strange.

It sure was strange. A QB draw at that point seems like a really stupid play.

Meanwhile, the Steelers have 45 yards of total offense at halftime.

This past weekend was great because the Cowboy's, Steeler's, Raider's and the Pat's all went down in defeat. The NFL universe has been saved from talking heads gushing over these teams anymore...

This round of the playoffs has been pathetic. The greed is turning the NFL into a joke.

Yep. the Bucs and Chiefs could've easily put up 50 or 60 points on their opposition this weekend. Clearly, these #7 seeds don't really belong in the postseason tournament. Wait until we have #8 seeds! The NFL will have it all on Wild Card weekend. Thursday Night Football, three games each on Saturday and Sunday, and then Monday Night Football. Who cares if many teams will be at a competitive disadvantage because of playing on Thursday, Saturday and Monday... There's money to be made!

And general boredom rewards the NFL because we don't have anything better to do.

To be fair, as badly as the PA teams got destroyed it's not like the Pats did any better against the Bills. It's not like the Bucs or Chiefs had perfect games on offense.

So ‘Super Wildcard Weekend’ ended up with two competitive games out of six. Not exactly what I’d call super.
