I almost felt sorry for the Giants. They were barely able to field a team, and did well in the beginning ( they were up 3-0 at the end of the first quarter).

Luckily Jones forgot how to play QB for 2 1/2 quarters after that, turning the ball over 4 times as the Rams ran off 38 straight points.
 
I wanted to believe Jared Goff could have at least given the Lions a chance at like a 7-10 or 8-9 season, but today was just another indication that he is an anchor.

The Chiefs are the most confusing team of this season.

Also, Hawks managed to fight back and give the Steelers a run for their money. Surprised but encouraged that maybe this next month won't be awful for Seattle.
 
Nice win by the Raiders at Denver, One of my favorite ongoing stories is the development of Henry Ruggs who the Raiders drafted over Ceedee Lamb, and Jerry Juedy. Both were bigger names and really good, but neither had the combination of blinding speed and ball skills Ruggs possessed. Glad to see he is starting to prove it.

Question is, how much of what the Raiders did on Sunday was due to pure emotion. An encouraging sign continues to be the defense,. Amazing, considering that D has been missing it’s usual starting corners for a few games now.
 
This weekend Jared Goff returns to SoFi Stadium.

I'll be interested to see how he's greeted. I mean, he did help us to the Super Bowl...

This is going to be an absolute beatdown and this is coming from a Lions fan. I don't think Goff will be booed or anything.

That’s what I’m saying, I hope they don’t boo him.

I don’t expect any problem from the Lions, but then again I didn’t expect any problems from the Jets last year.

And yet…:lol:
 
Bengals already have three first-half sacks of Lamar Jackson. Defensive battle tied at 3.
