NFL 2020 Season: We're gonna bite a kneecap off

I can almost guarantee he’ll try. He’s being driven predominantly by ego, which is a powerful motivator. He’s going to try to break every League record in the book before he finally decides to retire.

He is probably one of the greatest players in a generation, I’ll give him that. I just wish he didn’t act like such a fucking douche canoe all the time. When you operate at his level, he should play the part of the role model and embody the concepts of good sportsmanship. His arrogance and bad attitude towards other people and players during the course of his historical career has never been a good look for him. I really just wish he’d go away, but yeah, he’ll ride this wave all the way to the beach just to piss off “Teh Haterz”.

George Blanda was a QB/K and rarely played QB in his later years. The most passes he attempted during his time in Oakland (1967-75) was 58 in 1971. Though Brady plays in an era where QB's are seldom allowed to be hit.

So I'm not all that impressed by the longevity of either, but I do love George Blanda. He was the definition of a hard nosed football player.
 
I despise Tom Brady on many levels.

There’s no question he is the best QB of all time.

9 Super Bowl appearances and 6 wins in 20 years. That’s truly amazing. And leading a new team to the NFC Championship at 43 is icing on the cake.

Credit where credit is due.

I have a feeling he will be one and done unless things get a lot better, because Roseman will get fired next year and a new guy isn't going to want to come into a bad situation with a guy they didn't hire.

I don't care about McCown's religious views, I'm just trying to make sense of hiring a guy that essentially has zero administrative experience to run your billion dollar organization. If Cal McNair hires McCown, the other owners should make him sell the team for the good of the league.

I'm not exactly excited to see Urban Meyer running the Jags, a man who has never set foot on an NFL field as either a player or a coach. I see the potential McCown hire as working out worst than Meyer.
