Yes, it’s Salute to Service time, with gear worn by coaches that is available (coincidentally) for purchase online. But like Kramer at an AIDs walk, Patriots coach Bill Belichick doesn’t want to wear the ribbon.

I could see the hysteria if an African-American head coach refused to wear the NFL military branded wear.

New Orleans is downright fucking scary right now. Hung 45 on the Rams last week, 51 on the Bengals this week.

Feel sorry for Josh Rosen, on his second offensive coordinator and his line still can't block. He's got a rough road ahead of him.

Tampa is a bad offense. Five times in the Red Zone... four turnovers and a field goal.

Right after I said I though Atlanta and Carolina could hang with the Rams, they both promptly turn around and lay turds.

Cody Parkey didn't just miss 2 PAT's and 2 FG's, he hit the uprights all four times. That cannot be easy. So much room between the uprights and a lot of room outside. The Bears will be looking for a new kicker if this continues next week.

Still a nice win over the Lions. Closer than it should've been and Trubisky had another great game (23-30, 355 YDS, 3 TD).

We sacked Stafford 6 times and intercepted him twice. Our running game needs to get going though.


Cleveland manages a win over Atlanta, and the Titans knock off the Patriots. I'm hoping for a Green Bay loss now.

Yeah, I've seen that story a couple places now. Who the hell gives a kicker that kind of guaranteed money? Those guys can be the streakiest players on an NFL team outside of exceptions like Vinatieri and a few others.

Mexico City game in trouble?

No names have been attached to the feelings, but Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that players from both teams are “seriously considering” not playing on a field that has been described as a mess. One player is quoted as saying that “it’s not fair to risk our health” by playing on a field that is in poor condition.
