Some days. It’s better to be lucky than good.
Goff missed some throws, but ended up with 295 yards, 3TD’s, and a 111 passer rating. I’ll take it.

We needed somebody to do it. Bears back on top in the north.Jets 57 rushing yards, Mitchell Trubisky 51 rushing yards. A good sign of a bad day when a QB almost outrushes your entire team.

And how mature and aware was Todd Gurley passing up the easy touchdown to run out the clock and clinch the game? Gamblers all over the US could be heard howling with rage.
8-0 Rams at the 7-1 Saints next Sunday. I think this game will give us the best measuring stick so far on how good the Rams really are. This one could get crazy.

^They'll have to get through my Saints first. 
I think we went through something like this a million years ago at the J Team but with baseball. You with the Angels and rally monkeys and me with the Yanks.

The Bears do to the Bills exactly what they should do, 41-9. A quiet game for Trubisky, plus 2 defensive TD's.
Rams getting owned by the Saints. One ugly game shouldn't derail them though.
The Miami Malaise get a win at home to go to 5-4. Yay, mediocrity! Get four INT's and win 13-6!
Darnold leads the NFL in interceptions. Anyone raise their hands who are surprised that someone that had turnover issues in college, continues to have turnover problems in the NFL...

Drew Brees is ridiculous.
I am concerned about our defense. The Rams are spending $400 Gazillion on defense and we give up 45 points? I don't think they got to Brees even once. Tackling was poor, and Marcus Peters is turning into a total bust.
If we have to lose a game, this one isn't a bad one to lose.
They have developed some problems on defense that you gotta hope Wade Phillips can iron out. If not, I think they are beatable by the Saints (obviously), the Panthers and the Falcons in the playoffs.
No one fall asleep on Miami. In an offensive shootout, they may score 16 or even 20 points!
They picked off Darnold 4 times, and still only managed 13 points.

I like Arians, a lot. Not sure he would be a good fit for Cleveland. Not sure hiring another retread is what the franchise needs right now.
