I got mixed up, the reference is in the Arrow synopsis, which is the middle one, so I had the right placement but the wrong series. There is no mention of her in the Supergirl. The answer is in the descriptions above. Ruby Rose as Batwoman is specifically mentioned in Part II, which is the Arrow episode and also in Part III the Supergirl episode.

There's hardly any mention of anything in the Part III description. It's just one sentence. Clearly they don't want to give too much away. But I doubt they'd introduce a character in Part II and not feature them in the big finale.
If we read between the lines of all those descriptions Body swapped Oliver and Barry go to Earth 38 to see Supergirl. She takes them to Clark in Smallville. Which leads to Gotham. Most likely on the same Earth.... probably...
13Which Earth is the evil Superman on? I mean, what's its number?
2 Settle once and for all if there are only 53 alternate Earths or an Infinite number in the Multiverse.
Well I am restating my old prediction - Felicity’s doppelgänger on Earth 38 is named Chloe Sullivan. They are basically the same character. Blonde tech support. Married to Oliver Queen. Alernatr history in which she is adopted and raised under another name in Smallville.
Surprise appearance by Justin Harley.

Two things that I hope are finally addressed in this crossover
1 whatever Earth Batwoman lives on, 1 or 38, that the characters on whichever Earth she is not from acknowledge that they have heard of Gotham City. They both have referenced it.
2 Settle once and for all if there are only 53 alternate Earths or an Infinite number in the Multiverse. They have been inconsistent on that. I do not like there being a limit for a number of reasons. The various alternate Wells act like the whole Multiverse has been charted and explored. Which is the height of arrogance. It would be like a character on Star Trek declaring they have visited every planet in the universe. Plus it’s very limiting to the writers. Most of those alternate council of Harrison Wells members done as a one time joke. I would hate to think they define complete Earths on a list of only 53.
I'd love all the past TV/movie iterations of the DC Universe to be alternate Earths, thus given them all a place in this 'canon'
