That is disappointing news, what is wrong with an older actress? The show has enough young actors
I think you're making something out of nothing and just file this under the absurdity of Hollywood casting -- like when they cast a child and parent but the actors are only a few years different in age (which happens way more often than you might think)To me the real issue is that James Olsen is played by Mechad Brooks who is 37.
Simple solution is to do a flashback with a very young actor playing Jimmy with Tyler and whomever they cast as Lois. Showing that both Lois and Clark age very well but also little Jimmy sprouted up to be 6’3, taller than both. Or a old picture as a prop. That should have been addressed when Clark was cast. The racial issue is irrelevant. We have Jimmy/James who has always been younger than Clark Kent. Yet cast with an actor who is older and taller than him. They should at least acknowledge that James was a kid when he first met Superman. He changed, grew up. That changes a relationship. They never really even have had scenes together yet.
What I'm curious about right now, is Batwoman's suit.
Well, in universe it wasn't designed by Cisco, so it shouldn't be as samey as the others are![]()
But yes, ofcourse in universe that is a very good point. And would actually seem to advocate something completely different.
Her look is pretty iconic, and pretty simple so I think the only option for them really is not to overthink it and just go comic accurate here.![]()
What does her costume currently look like?
It's always been pretty much this:

Here's the Comixology page for the most recent issue of Batwoman's current series, just click the "see what's inside" button under the cover, and you can see a preview.
This should be the link to her current run:My Boyfriend Is A Bear???
Oops, that link was from another thread, I guess I forgot to change it.My Boyfriend Is A Bear???
The logo is slightly different now, it's wider and the ends of the wings now stretch across her arms. It's always been pretty much this:
