Newly found art of PLANET OF THE TITANS

There were two different designs, one with the smaller lower hull and big engines. That's the one you see in most of the concept drawings, and a much more attractive than the ultra-wide one everyone always points to.
 
Just this week I finally tracked down a near-mint copy of “Star Trek: Fandom Triumphs” (1979), a long-coveted fanzine about the making of “Star Trek: The Motion Picture”. It was a product of Geoffrey Mandel, Doug Drexler and Ron Barlow, about the week they spent in Los Angeles, as fans, snooping around the production of TMP. Several of the art pieces later went into other pro-fannish things, such as the "USS Enterprise Officers' Manual". It was fun to see this familiar graphic again, though...
