new voyages spock

hey there I have been having a new voyages catch up the last few days, I thought that to serve all my days was good, but I didnt get the end. I loved "World enough & Time".

At the end of World enough.. there was a trailer for "blood & fire" there wasa new actor playing spock. is he a one off replacement for Jeff quinn or he is he now spock permaenantly???

My understanding (and it's been a while since I read about it, so this might not be exactly right) is that Jeff Quinn had a scheduling conflict for B&F, and the replacement is not permanent.

Really? I had been under the impression that a firm decision hadn't been made from what I've read on the NV boards.

You are right.
I had read about it some time back. At the time they just said it was a job related conflict. And later (in the same thread) that both actors were willing to continue the role.

I haven't seen anything else since that.
