I signed up online 1st Jan. I got an email initially telling me I'd get a letter or another email confirming my sub details within a few days. The direct debit instruction popped up very quickly on my online account, but after two weeks I still hadn't heard a peep, so I gave them a ring. They said I was on their system and they'd organise for a confirmation letter to be sent out. I got the books within a few days of that. So, I can only assume in me making that call, that might of been what made the difference with me?
So they say that they are receiving stock on Monday and then after that I'll receive mine within 10 working days.![]()

I have heard tales over the years that Eaglemoss's customer service does leave something to be desired.
You signed up a Sunday, the first day of a new year and the day before a bank holiday and you believed an automatically generated email?
There's no reason why every step of the logistics wouldn't be similarly automated in this day and age, though. Two weeks is a little much.
