ENT has hot men who take off their shirts.
I'd go DS9 though, it's well worth the trip.

1. The Borg were in a lot of books which is why I did not suspect their utter destruction by Janeway.
2. Not that I have read these novels, but in one account I read, it explained that the Borg were so Bitch slapped by Janeway that that were a splintered unrecognisable shadow of their former selves, which is why they finally opted for an extermination crusade in 2382.
Janeway really is incredibly awesome 
I guess the Alpha Quadrant owes Janeway a lot then.

I'll really consider DS9 but right now I need a break from marathoning.
Looking at the map Guy provided and thinking about those hubs, there would be ALOT more Borg space in various sectors of the galaxy and so that line always bugged me about being swept out of Borg space. It makes more sense they'd have a decreased encounter but that they kept encountering them. Borg space would be more vast with hubs, no?
Granted they aren't a conquering entity. They only take what they need but I don t see how the federation would make it with a hub! So neat idea but lucky for them Janeway took care of it before the Queen perfected her assimilation virus. I still think we would have been goners long ago had that hub concept been written in TNG.

TNG should have been one season. Then everyone could afford it. I thought Roddenberry was a hippie socialist, you would think he would have been more considerate.
BillJ would probably agree with you. I think he likes S1 the best as it came closest to TOS in style.

Disagree-I love the Ferengi episodes. And I'll pit Brooks against the Shat (or any other actor on TV now) any day. In fact, I think that he's the anti-Shatner, and is more like Patrick Stewart.
I loved the episodes, in particular 'Profit and Loss'. To me, the Ferengi are funny people in the way that they conduct their culture (paying to enter a house, paying to ride an elevator, paying to sit down) and I loved the way that Rom acted to protect his mom ('Moogie!') I'm just laughing right now thinking about it as I type this response.
Season 5's Someone to Watch Over Me had some nice feels. Really enjoyed it. Of course, who isn't in love with Seven. Her lustful appearance seems to be the running gag that Ensign Paris loves to elude to.
Have to say, I'm settling back into Janeway as a likeable character again. Season 4 made it reeeaaal difficult but without Seven constantly pointing out the glaring flaws in the Captain's logic, you almost forget what a monster she truly is... then Equinox happens.
How many times have you broken the Prime Directive? asks USS Equinox Captain Ransom.
Broken? Janeway repeats with a slight pause. You can almost see all of the previous challenges flash before her-- Never.
Never, Janeway? Never?

Someone To Watch Over Me is one of my favourites! Between the Doctor/Seven duet and Seven's dancing mishap, just great

I liked DS9's Ferenghi eps too. They had brilliant comic actors in the parts, and the writers usually rose to meet their level.
Brooks is a bit of what the Brits would call a "Marmite" actor, but I'd far rather have his idiosyncrasies than someone normal and dull. He's quite different from Shatner too.
Something I've been pondering, Tom and B'Elanna are both Lieutenants but Tom outranks her. Why? I know it's mentioned in season 3 but I'm too lazy to watch it.

3 gold pips = Commander.
4 gold pips = Captain.
B'Elanna is a Lieutenant Junior Grade, meanwhile Paris is a full Lieutenant, but this is where it gets difficult.
The Maquis have "provisional rank badges" not pips, which actually means that their rank is make believe, and then there's enlisted ranks which there is much less information on, who are hypothetically %70 percent of any Starfleet crew... And don't forget Tom got demoted to Ensign for a year of so which flipped their power power issues entirely.
